TDBR Inspection is always looking for the best solutions for our clients, and using the correct sensor is one of the key to perform successful drone inspections. Our variety of payloads allow us to provide a great range of services such as mapping, confined space visual and UT inspection, and detailed and thermal visual inspections in open environments.
DJI L1
The Zenmuse L1 integrates a Livox Lidar module, a high-accuracy IMU, and a camera with a 1-inch CMOS on a 3-axis stabilized gimbal. When used with Matrice 300 RTK and DJI Terra, the L1 forms a complete solution that gives you real-time 3D data throughout the day, efficiently capturing the details of complex structures and delivering highly accurate reconstructed models.
DJI H20T
The Zenmuze H20T gimbal and camera features a Longwave Infrared Thermal Camera, and both a zoom and wide camera, which can provide both infrared and visual images simultaneously and quickly switch between zoom and wide image. This enables users to quickly switch to a high magnification zoom image for detail observation after recognizing the target in a wide image. It is also equipped with a laser range finder, providing the target's distance and location information during search and rescues, or inspection to assist with rapid positioning and improve working efficiency.
DJI P1
The Zenmuse P1 integrates a 45MP full-frame sensor, a global mechanical shutter, and an interchangeable fixed-focus DJI DL Len on a 3-axis stabilized gimbal. Designed to be used with compatible DJI aircraft and DJI TERRA for photogrammetry flight missions, the P1 takes efficiency and accuracy to a whole new level
DJI XT2
The Zenmuze XT2 gimbal and camera features the FLIR Longwave Infrared Thermal Camera and Visual Camera, providing both infrared and visual images simultaneously. The FLIR Longwave Infrared Thermal Camera provides high sensitivity (< 50 mK@f/1.0) infrared scanning at 640/30 fps or 336/60 fps, and comes with different lens options. The Visual Camera captures 4K videos and 12 MP photos. As with other DJI 3-axis gimbal systems, the Zenmuse XT2 can be mounted on M210 series, M600 series and M300 series aircrafts and stream live HD video to DJI apps.
DJI Z30
The Zenmuse Z30 gimbal and camera features an optical zoom lens. It provides a 30x optical zoom and 6x digital zoom. The type ½.8 CMOS sensor supports approximately 2.13 MP. As with other DJI modular cameras, the Zenmsue Z30 can me mounted onto a DJI aircraft and stream live HD video to the DJI apps.
DJI X5S
The Zenmuse X5S supports 5.2 K 30 fps video recording in CinemaDNG format and up to 20.8 MP still photo capture. It has camera system with an M4/3 interchangeable lens. As with other DJI 3-axis gimbal system, the Zenmuse X5S can be mounted onto a DJI aircraft and can stream live HD video wirelessly to the DJI apps.
CHC ALPHA AIR 450
High accuracy INS is essential to collecting quality LiDAR data, because without it, point cloud would be nothing more than an arbitrary collection of points. The Industrial-Grade GNSS and high-precision IMU onboard allows the AA450 to provide an absolute accuracy of 5 to 10 cm. With advanced calibration and point cloud optimization technology, the thickness (range noise) of the point cloud is only 30% compared to similar products, which effectively improves the precision of the collected data.
GEOSLAM ZEB HORIZON
A handheld LiDAR scanner, suitable for drone mapping applications as well as indoor use. This powerful tool helps make the mapping process simple. With a range of 100m, the ZEB Horizon is great for outdoor use including spaces where features are positioned further apart.
