TDBR INSPECTIONS uses only the latest and safest technologies available in drone market. Our fleet has the mandatories certifications to operate in BRAZIL, such as ANAC, ANATEL and DECEA, and it also has the mandatory RETA insurance.
FLYABILITY ELIOS 2
Designed to perform confined space inspections, ELIOS 2 is intuitive, reliable, and precise. TDBR INSPECTIONS has been carrying flawless confined space inspections using this system since 2020. So far, we have inspected more than 250 tanks both in vessels and FPSOs.
Scout 137 Drone System
The Scout 137 Drone System is an indoor inspection drone system for safe inspection of indoor industrial assets. The 3D LiDAR-based navigation system enables safe and stable inspection flights and superior, location-tagged visual data in GPS-denied environments. The tether system provides stress-free inspections with unlimited flight time as well as a robust data link for live streaming of inspection.
DJI M300 RTK
The M300 RTK is one of DJI’s latest commercial drone platform that takes inspiration from modern aviation systems. Offering up to 55 minutes of flight time, advanced AI capabilities, 6 Directional Sensing & Positioning and more, the M300 RTK sets a whole new standard by combining intelligence with high-performance and unrivaled reliability.
Payloads
TDBR Inspection is always looking for the best solutions for our clients, and using the correct sensor is one of the key to perform successful drone inspections. Our variety of payloads allow us to provide a great range of services such as mapping, confined space visual and UT inspection, and detailed and thermal visual inspections in open environments.
DJI L1
The Zenmuse L1 integrates a Livox Lidar module, a high-accuracy IMU, and a camera with a 1-inch CMOS on a 3-axis stabilized gimbal.
DJI H20T
The Zenmuze H20T gimbal and camera features a Longwave Infrared Thermal Camera, and both a zoom and wide camera, which can provide both infrared and visual images.
DJI P1
The Zenmuse P1 integrates a 45MP full-frame sensor, a global mechanical shutter, and an interchangeable fixed-focus DJI DL Len on a 3-axis stabilized gimbal.
DJI XT2
The Zenmuze XT2 gimbal and camera features the FLIR Longwave Infrared Thermal Camera and Visual Camera, providing both infrared and visual images simultaneously.
DJI Z30
The Zenmuse Z30 gimbal and camera features an optical zoom lens. It provides a 30x optical zoom and 6x digital zoom. The type ½.8 CMOS sensor supports approximately 2.13 MP.
Certifications
To meet the highest standards that the Maritime and Offshore markets demand, TDBR INSPECTIONS sought the certifications of the most important class societies in the world. Nowadays, TDBR INSPECTIONS is certified as Recognized External Specialists for Remote Inspections Techniques on marine units and offshore units by ABS (since 2018), DNV (since 2019), Lloyd's Register (since 2020), Bureau Veritas (since 2021), and Class NK (since 2021). In 2022 TDBR Inspections also became certified by Shell to perform any project in their maritime and offshore units. Regarding UT surveys, TDBR INSPECTIONS became the only company approved by ABS and DNV to perform this type of inspections using drones in Brazil in 2022.
